Vefsn Museum is located near the urban centre of Mosjøen, which is the chief settlement of the north Norwegian municipality. The museum is made up of twelve buildings dating from various periods from the seventeenth century to the present day. The buildings represent various domestic and working environments from across the area. The surroundings are carefully recreated to give you a taste of life in the past. There is a cafeteria here.
