Vanylven Golf Club lies in the east of the municipality, which is to the south of Ålesund. The club has an excellent nine hole course, which is idyllically situtated at Eidså, between by the side of a fjord with fine views of mountains. Played as an eighteen hole course, it has a par of sixty eight. It is designed to challenge players of a range of abilities. Originally a six hole facility, the couse has recently been modernised and extended.
