Trondheim Kunstforening lies in the heart of the historic Trondheim city centre, at the junction of Bispegata and Prinsens gate. It is set in a beautiful old building that was constructed in the mid nineteenth century. It houses a variety of exhibitions in the field of contemporary art. A variety of artistic media are represented. The works on display come from both Norway and further afield. There is a shop here. The gallery also boasts a popular cafe which has outside seating that is popular during the summer months.
