The Trail Tricycle guided tours are popular with visitors to the Flekkefjord area. They take place along a seventeen kilometre stretch of old railway track. They are perfect for people who enjoy the outdoor life and natural world and those interested in the history of railways. A branch railway line operated here for most of the twentieth century, and passes through more than a dozen tunnels in order to negotiate the hilly terrain. When guided tours are not available, the private use of trail tricycles can be arranged.
