Tolleroden lies just to the south of Larvik city centre. It is a peninsular jutting out into the water. It is a park and recreational area that offers bathing possibilities for tourists and locals. The famous boat builder Colin Archer was born and lived here and built some of his most famous vessels in the area. There is a statue here honouring the explorer Thor Heyerdahl, also a native of Larvik.
