Tertitten is a narrow gauge railway situated in the countryside near to Lillestrøm, north of Oslo. It runs along a short 4 kilometre stretch of line. Visitors get the chance to travel on board a genuine nineteenth century steam train. The train operates at advertised times throughout the summer tourist season. It stops at two small stations. At one of these you may purchase refreshments or make use of a picnic area.
