Steinkjer Golf Club is located on the outskirts of the town. The course lies close to the Midjo Bridge. It has nine holes, and plays as a par 64, with five par fours, three par threes and one par five. Visitors are welcome to play the course upon payment of a green fee. Juniors are welcomed. The club’s facilities include a driving range and a pro shop.
