The Stegastein viewing point offers some of the finest sightseeing opportunities in fjord Norway. The specially constructed new viewing platform lies six kilometres along the Aurlandsvegen mountain road from Aurland, towards Lærdal. It is six hundred and fifty metres above sea level. From here you can enjoy simply breathtaking views over the Aurlandfjord. There are parking facilities here and toilets.
