Stavanger Kulturhus (Stavanger Cultural Centre) was established in 1987. It lies in the centre of the historic city. It welcomes nearly two million visitors per annum. It houses an large exhibition hall with a floorspace of seven hundred square metres. that is used for conferences, fairs and special events. An impressive public library is part of the building. You will also find a multi screen cinema and popular cafeteria here.
