Stalheimskeiva lies a few miles to the north of Voss, just off the main highway. Built during the eighteen forties, it is one of the steepest roads in Northern Europe. Driving along the road you are offered many sightseeing opportunities. There are great views of both the Stalheim and Sivle Waterfalls, both of which fall more than a hundred metres. There are a total of thirteen hairpin bends on the road.
