Sogn Swimming Baths lie in a suburb a couple of miles to the north of Oslo city centre. They are a short metro ride away from the heart of town, and thus conveniently located if you don’t know the capital well. The centre runs special sessions for early risers. There is a twenty five metre pool, with water heated to twenty eight degrees. There are six swimming lanes. The water ranges in depth from one to two metres. There are sauna and solarium facilties. There is a gym here.
