Sogn Folk Museum is an open-air museum that contains more than 30 historic buildings, from an open-hearth room of the Middle Ages, to a prefabricated house from the nineteen eighties. The Heiberg Collections contain all manner of artefacts from the region dating back over the last five hundred years. The museum has a farm dating from the latter part of the 19th century. This keeps a selection of animals. You can see how a farm was run, and get to see many traditional animal breeds.
