Snippen Farm lies about ten miles to the east of Elverum, just off the main Rv25 highway. The farm contains a range of animals in an authentic working environment. Visitors are welcome to learn about the farming life and befriend the livestock, which include cows, calves, bulls, sows with piglets, wild boar, donkeys, sheep, a Shetland pony, peacocks, rabbits and lambs. The farm is open to visitors throughout the summer season. It has a cafeteria that serves good home cooked Norwegian food.
