Snipetorp lies in the heart of Skien, and is sited just below the lovely Brekkeparken, which is a magnet for visitors. It is the perfect place to come for a wander after visiting the park. It is the town’s oldest suburb, and is characterised by traditional timber houses. A key attraction is the house where the playwright Henrik Ibsen lived in his later years in Skien.
