The Seal Safari departs from Stave, a coastal village to the south of the regional centre of Andenes. The safari takes you by boat to Ramsar, a nature reserve which has the largest colony of common seals in Norway. The trip takes between two to three hours and departs regularly throughout the summer season. As well as the seals, you will get to see the fantastic coastal landscape, and the bird cliffs where thousands of puffins and gulls live. There are also frequent sightings of the white tailed eagle in this area.
