Map
Rana Museum has its Natural History department in the ground floor of the tower building at Moholmen. The permanent exhibitions contain a large number of stuffed animals and birds that are representative of the rich and varied wildlife found in the region. Displays help the visitor to understand more about the nature of the coastal and mountain areas, including their geological formation and composition. There is a collection of minerals mined in the area. Special temporary exhibitions are laid on which change according to the season.
