Rallarvegen (or the "Navvy Road") is a long distance path for walkers and cyclists that takes you through some of the finest and most spectacular scenery in Norway. Most cyclists start their journey at the high altitude railway station at Finse (more than 1200 metres above sea level). The road runs parallel to the railway, which was constructed in the late nineteenth century, and is more than ninety five kilometres long.
