Oddernes Church lies to the north and east of Kristiansand. It is one of the oldest churches in the region, dating back to the twelfth century. It is built in stone, and the oldest parts are Romanesque in style. The porch contains a stone carved with runes. The interior of the church features a fine altarpiece and pulpit in Baroque style. These were made in the early eighteenth century. The church is used as a venue for organ recitals.
