Odda Church lies in the centre of the town. It was built in 1870. Its architecture is typical of the period. The church has a long nave, choir, porch and tower. This type of long naved church is often called the "master builder church". There has been a church on this site since the fourteenth century. The original building was demolished, but much of the stone was used in the construction of the present church.
