The Nærøyfjord is the most beautiful branch of the Sognefjord. It branches from the Aurlandfjord a few kilometres to the north. It is seventeen kilometres long but as narrow as two hundred and fifty metres wide at some points. Trips on this fjord are an unforgettable experience. A scheduled service runs between Gudvangen, Aurland and Flåm all year round, with extra trips in the summer.
