The Northern Lights Hall is also known as The Olympic Amfi and was constructed for the 1994 Winter Olympics, which were held in nearby Lillehammer. The magnificent modern structure is the world’s largest structure made of wood. The building was erected to host the figure skating competetions and short track racing. It is now the home of a leading ice hockey team. A notable landmark well worth seeing.
