Nevelfjell is a mountain a few kilometres to the north of Lillehammer. Its summit is more than a thousand metres above sea level. From the top there are magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and the city and Olympic village of Lillehammer. There are good trails that lead up the mountain from the activity centre at Nordseter. There are lakes en route where many people take the opportunity to bathe. Trails lead down into Lillehammer city and Olympic village.
