Møre and Romsdal Art Centre is centrally located in Molde, near to the waterfront. The gallery was established in 1978. It hosts thirteen seperate exhibitions each year. These showcase some of the best in modern art and handicrafts. The exhibitions represent artists from both the region, other parts of Norway and abroad. A shop sells a wide range of art and art materials. The art centre works closely with public authorities and is keen to engage with children.
