The Motor Museum is sited in Lillestrøm, about thirty kilometres outside the Norwegian capital of Oslo. It is housed in an old building once owned by motor company Strømmen Verksted, and includes displays of vehicles produced by them. It contains a wide range of cars and motorcycles made at various periods of the twentieth century and displayed in historical context. You can see, for example, a mechanic’s shop and a petrol station recreated in nineteen thirties style.
