Molde Town Hall lies in the heart of the city. It is a striking modern building which was created by the architects Cappelen and Rodahl. They were the winners of a design competition. The building is created of concrete and stone and has gold tinted glass. The roof of the building boasts one of the town’s best rose gardens. Outside the town hall you will find the bronze sculpture and fountain "The Rose Maiden".
