The Lysstøperiet Candle Foundry lies in the Trøndelag town of Namsos. It is housed in a beautifully preserved building from 1933 that was originally a train engine shed. You can tour the foundry and watch the candles being made, and when time permits, visitors are often allowed to try their hand at making their own candles. The six hundred square metres of display space contains candles, soaps, decorative vases, candle holders, napkins, flowers and ornaments in a huge range of colours and designs. This is a great place to pick up a souvenir.
