Kyrkjetangen is a beauty spot in a lovely fjordside location to the south of Bergen city centre. There are good parking facilities if you get here by car. The beach is of decent quality, and is sandy. There is a diving board. You will find toilets and changing facilities here. The beach is well served by a regular bus service. There are opportunities to explore the countryside in the area.
