Kjekstad Golf Club lies a few kilometres to the east of Drammen, in the direction of Oslo. The main course is set in woodland and has a full eighteen holes. It was designed by Jan Sederholm and was opened in 1976. The club also has a nine hole par three pay and play course. It has a range of facilities including practice putting greens, a driving range, two professional instructors, a clubhouse cafeteria and a pro shop.
