Kinsarvik Church lies right by the harbour of the village, which is in Ullensvang municipality. It is one of the oldest stone churches in Norway, and dates back to the twelfth century. It is in the Romanesque style. On the interior walls you can see frescoes dating back to the thirteenth century depicting the Archangel Michael weighing souls. The church was extensively restored in the nineteenth century and the nineteen sixties.
