Hundefossen Family Park is one of the top family attractions in the area. It lies about twelve kilometres north of Lillehammer and has its own railway station a few minutes ride away from the Olympic town. There is also a special bus here that departs from Lillehammer centre. There is a wealth of activities and attractions including a children’s farm, fairytale palace and water playground. During the summer you can take part in white water rafting. During the winter the park becomes the "winter park" featuring an ice cathedral and such attractions as "ice bowling". There are eating and drinking places here.
