Holmenkollen is the most visited tourist attraction in Norway. It is centred around a monumental ski jump, inside which is the skiing museum. It hosts World Cup events. It is a venue for concerts, open air events and theatre. There are excellent hiking and cross country skiing opportunities in the area. There are also ski runs nearby. Excellent views are to be had from the top of the ski jump tower. You will find a cafes, shops and good parking facilities here.
