Hol Old Church is beautifully situated by the Holsfjord. It is located a short drive away from Geilo centre. The church dates back to the twelfth century, when a small stave church was established here. This has been extended several times. The main extensions occurred in the fifteenth and eighteenth centuries. Guided tours are available of both the church and the rectory during the summer months. The church is also used as a venue for concerts.
