The Hellesylt Waterfall is one of the most photographed natural attractions around the beautiful Geirangerfjord. The waterfall is located in the centre of the little village which is located to the west of Geiranger, to which town it is linked by regular ferry service. It is at its most impressive during the late spring and early summer as the snow thaws on the nearby mountains. The dramatic and unusual natural attraction attracts many tourists all year round.
