Gimle Estate Museum is part of the West Agder County eco museum project, which unites several historic locations in the region. The estate lies close to the centre of Kristiansand. It was founded in the early nineteenth century. Its interior of the house contains fine period furniture, paintings and porcelain. The gardens are landscaped in an English style. You may see the interior by taking one of the guided tours which take place hourly.
