Gallery Bryggen lies in the heart of the historic fjord city of Bergen. It is a popular attraction for many tourists, especially those wishing to see more of traditional Norwegaian arts and crafts, and perhaps pick up a souvenir. The gallery is full of replicas of items from Norway’s past, including Viking helmets and armour, and tools, jewellery and utensils modelled on archaeological finds. Contemporary Norwegian handicrafts are also on display.
