Galleri Varden lies on the island of Jeløy, which is linked by road to the main settlement of Moss, in the heart of the urban area. The gallery is one of several in the area, which has a growing reputation in the field of contemporary art. One floor is devoted to a permanent exhibition of the works of Victor Sparre. The other three floors host temporary exhibitions. There is a sculpture park outside. There is an excellent cafe here, and the views over the Oslo fjord from the gallery are stunning.
