FC Brann’s stadium lies to the south of Bergen city centre. It is Bergen’s main football club and holds a special place in the hearts of many in the West of Norway. The club was founded in 1908. The stadium dates from 1919. It is well supported, when one takes into account the population of the city. On match days the stadium can hold nineteen thousand. Eleven thousand seats are under cover. If you can’t stay away from the beautiful game even in beautiful Norway, this is the place to head.
