The Fåberg Culture Trail lies to the north and west of Lillehammer. It begins at Fåberg Church, where there is ample parking. The trail is a four kilometre round trip. Beginning at the church you are led past Viking burial mounds, the river which abounds in fish and traditional farms. There are some fabulous views over the Olympic city from here. There are eight boards with information in English along the route which tell you more about what you are passing. There are several picnic areas.
