The Engine Museum at Sandefjord lies in a waterfront location to the south of the main harbour. It has been built up by amateur enthusiasts and volunteers. The main exhibits are more than seventy different boat engines. All of them have a story to tell and are in some way significant in southern Norwegian maritime history. Many of the engines can be demonstrated working.
