Elverum Kunstforening lies near to the heart of the east Norwegian town. The gallery was founded in 1988. It hosts a range of changing sales exhibitions all year round. These showcase some of the best work in contemporary Norwegian painting. It is well worth dropping in to see what is on display. There are special educational exhibitions aimed at schools.
