The Eikaas Gallery lies in the little village of Ålhus, in Jølster municipality. The old dairy in the village was bought by the local authority and converted into a gallery housing more than eight hundred works of Ludvig Eikaas, a painter, graphic artist, and sculptor. Eikaas was born in the area but later moved to Oslo. He is renowned for his innovative work in non-figurative art. The museum contains a cafe and souvenir shop.
