Byrud Farm lies to the north of Eidsvoll, near the banks of Lake Mjosa. This is the place to come to take part in an exciting hunt for emeralds as you explore the mines in the area. You get to keep any gem stones you are lucky enough to find. The souvenir shop sells products made from emerald and locally mined stone. The farm is just off the main Rv33 road.
