Berg Church lies in the countryside some miles to the south and east of Larvik. It is the largest wooden church in the municipality. The church is whitewashed on the outside, and its interior is also very light, giving it an open and spacious feel. The church was consecrated in 1878. There was originally a stone church on this site The sixteenth century altarpiece was originally found in the earlier building.
