Baågneset is a popular area for bathing and various recreational activities during the summer months. It is sited just off the E6 highway to the east of Mosjøen, on the banks of the Fustvatn Lake. There is a beach here. It is used for beach volleyball and football. Boats and canoes are available for hire here. There is an area suitable for picnics.
