The glacier Austerdalsbreen is renowned to offer some of the finest ice scenery in Europe. From Haslo in Luster municipality you can take a mountain road that takes you to the moutain farm of Tungestølen. From here you can take a winding footpath along through the Austerdal valley, which eventually leads to the tongue of the glacier itself. There are stunning views on both the drive and the walk.
